How we got here
1998
Founded in Thanjavur
Started from a 10×10 room. First projects were small residential builds for local families.
1999
Formally incorporated as SV Associates Build Tech Private limited
Registered as SV Associates Build Tech Private limited (Engineers and Builders). Began taking on larger residential and commercial projects.
2005
First institutional project
Awarded first large-scale institutional building contract — opening the door to educational and religious sector work.
2010
Class I Engineering Contractor certification
Certified by the Diocese of Thanjavur — qualifying for prestigious institutional and government-scale contracts.
2015
Expansion across South India
Began delivering projects beyond Tamil Nadu — into Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry.

Withstanding 25 years of all seasons and weather conditions and still hanging on for the welfare of the people.
We established ourselves in 1998 and incorporated in 1999 as SV Associates Build Tech Private limited
(Engineers and Builders). We started small in a 10×10 room and grew pre-eminently in such a short period, which we once thought was impossible. Surrounded by tough competitors and daily challenges in this odyssey brought out the best in us. We are proud that we withstood all the obstacles that we stumbled upon for the betterment of peoples’ lives. Over the years, our experience and skill helped us to build: high-quality construction, delivering customer satisfaction, maintaining financial stability, and achieving project excellence. As one of the leading contractors in the city, we were certified as Class I Engineering Contractors by the Diocese of Thanjavur. And this propelled us to execute prestigious projects like

Man Behind the Success
S. Vijay Amal Raj founded SV Associates Build Tech Private limited in Thanjavur in 1998 with a civil engineering degree and a commitment to building things right. Still under 40, he remains hands-on across every project — visiting sites personally and knowing the details of each build. Driven by a passion for public infrastructure, his proudest work is a government project that went on to serve thousands of people across Tamil Nadu. What began as a Thanjavur-based firm, he expanded himself into a six-state South India operation — built on a reputation for quality, personal accountability, and delivery that doesn’t waver.
