Withstanding 23 years of all seasons and weather
conditions and still hanging on for the welfare of the people.

We established ourselves in 1998 and incorporated in 1999 as SV ASSOCIATES (Engineers and Builders). We started small in a 10×10 room and grew pre-eminently in such a short period, which we once thought was impossible. Surrounded by tough competitors and daily challenges in this odyssey brought out the best in us. We are proud that we withstood all the obstacles that we stumbled upon for the betterment of peoples’ lives.
